Policies
Shipping and delivery
We're launching in the UK first. Expansion to the EU, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and eventually worldwide is planned from there.
Express shipping is free on UK orders over £200, and takes 2 to 5 business days. We ship with DPD, Royal Mail Tracked, and DHL, depending on your order.
If your delivery is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days. We don't have duties-at-checkout yet, so until we do, international customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged on their order.
Returns
You have a 30-day return window from delivery. Items need to be unused and undamaged, with all original packaging, accessories, and tags included, in resaleable condition.
Change your mind and return shipping is on you. If the item arrived faulty or damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we cover the cost.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we refund the original payment method within 14 days. Exchanges are available where stock allows.
Gift cards and future personalised products can't be returned. Sale items can still be returned if they meet the conditions above.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Carrion case carries a Lifetime Warranty. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use.
It doesn't cover airline damage, cosmetic wear, normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorised repairs and modifications.
Where we can, we repair the case first. If that's not possible, we'll replace it or offer a refund or store credit.
To make a claim, send us proof of purchase and photos of the damage. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
